Here to add that pregnancy does indeed trigger facial hair growth in some of us! I have a couple small patches on my chin since having my daughter 15 years ago, but thankfully I have a bit of BFRB so I enjoy plucking them. And on the flip side, I no longer grow hair on my legs or forearms!

gotta mention i appreciate the trainer guy saying "she doesnt need pressure!" because he's correct, pressure doesnt help with weight loss and in fact can make the process harder as stress hormones are proven to increase weight and lower metabolism, which often leads to that famous "starvation mode" your body can fall into, because in your body, all that happens is "low caloric intake and stress hormones" which immediately leads your body to go "there must be a famine, we must be lacking food! i need to hold on to all i have until its safe again!" it's why meditation and yoga are often suggested when starting a weight-loss journey! because you need to be calm and mindful of your body, not scared and scrambling about for any weight loss opportunity!

As a mom yes pregnancy can unfortunately change somw woman bht not all. Majority of woman are normally fine but some woman are affected by having their feet grow bibger, growing hair qhen they didn't before and etcetera but that is only a handful of mothers who are affected while the majority are like myself we snapped back to how we're prior to pregnancy..

At only 34, maybe it was felt she was too young for invasive treatments? Also, with PCOS, due to it being related to insulin resistance things like exercise and weight-training can eventually help symptoms of PCOS such as facial hair. I just thought it strange how they never spoke about that....

I know a lady irl who started growing facial hair after having a baby! Pregnancy can really wreak havoc on the body for some people, & some of those changes can be permanent. The lady I know luckily takes the facial hair in stride, she's genuinely a really cool person, but stuff like that can really go after your self-esteem sometimes.

So that was um heart wrenching 17 yrs. To nothing. Now I have to get more spinal surgery done I’m not excited
